CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS

A chiropractic adjustment is a specific, skilled application of force to a joint (most often in the spine, but also in other areas like hips, shoulders, or ankles). The goal is to improve joint motion, reduce pain, enhance function, and support recovery. While they don't "fix everything," they do provide improvements in mobility, pain relief, and functional movement, especially when combined with exercise and active care.

MANUAL THERAPIES

Manual therapy involves hands-on techniques -- like massage, joint mobilization, or cupping -- that target tight muscles and restricted joints. Often times, these methods can reduce pain, improve circulation, and enhance mobility, making it easier to move and recover.

DRY NEEDLING

Dry needling is a technique that uses a thin, sterile needle to target muscular trigger points. By reducing pain signals, improving bloodflow, and targeting overactive muscles, dry needling allows patients to notice less tension and faster recovery after treatment.

INDIVIDUALIZED REHAB

One-size-fits-all care doesn't solve pain - it just puts a band-aid on it. Our individualized rehab programs are built from the ground up around you: your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. Using evidence-based assessment and movement testing, we design a progressive plan that retrains movement patterns, restores strength, and addressess the root cause of pain and dysfunction.
